Have 5 hours to spend in Kuala Lumpur? Here’s what you can do.

So your flight got delayed, you have 5 hours before the next flight takes off and you are stranded in Kuala Lumpur. Wondering what to do next? Worry not! For you can have the time of your life in these 5 hours.

Hop onto an express train which will bring you to the heart of KL city. Now from here hail a cab which will take you through the sights and sounds of the city.

Want to see the biggest building ever? Then you have seen the dazzling Petronas Twin Towers. At a dizzying height of 1500 feet you’ll be in for a surprise as this tall scraper not only has offices but also a state of the art concert. After seeing this awesome wonder, idle your way through the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park in Petaling. Be intrigued of Malaysia’s famous Batu Caves. You could also kill time at Malaysia’s Tourism centre which hosts free dance performances.
Bring out the crazy shopaholic in you at Chinatown Petaling’s Street as you shop for VCD’S, aunthetic leather items, clothes, bags, shoes at extremely inexpensive rates. Besides you could also frolic around butterflies at the Butterfly Farm or unwind at Taman Tasik Perdana’s beautiful lake gardens.

Amidst all the fun and excitement you have two more hours to go now! There’s still so much more that you can do. A visit to the MISC Maritime Museum will be an experience. For lovers of fine arts, there’s the famous Valentine Willie Fine Arts. And last but not the least there’s the bird park, Tun Abdul Razal Memorial, National Science Centre, Sungei Tua Waterfall and Sri Mahamariaman Temple.
With so much to do now I’m sure you won’t complain about being stranded in KL. For something’s in life that happen, happen for the best after all!
